Our community is brimming with ideas through which we can make your Galaxy experience better! Share your suggestions directly with our teams through Innovation Lab. Your feedback will be scrutinized to produce possible improvements in customer experience.

This week, we would like to look into Accessibility. Samsung Galaxy phones come with accessibility settings to help those with limited sight or hearing difficulties. For example, you can make the phone read messages aloud or light up whenever it detects a startling noise. There are also accessibility settings and customizations available for those who struggle with interaction and dexterity.

So, the topics are:

 1. Accessibility: Feedback on experiences with accessibility features and suggestions.

All you need to do is:

    1. Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
    2. Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
    3. Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will take a note of all your suggestions! This topic will be open till 26th May.

My mobile is samsung galaxy F42 5G there is some problem in the security update of 1st march 2023 in this mobile so my mobile talkback is not working at all after putting headphones on it or when the phone is on it works other times only like tuk tuk
There is no sound and talk back is not working please fix it I have also spoken to your customer care but I have not received any solution from them either list this problem never occurred but since March 1st two thousand since security update I am facing this problem daily. Please make sure that this kind of problem never occurs after taking a good solution. Please fix the Samsung Top Back as soon as possible and also give the update of Samsung Tuckback soon. No please give a good change thank you thank you.

Samsung should give option of OCR in Samsung notes so any Inaccessible PDF and image etc can be readable by Samsung Talkback. OCR should support all the Indian languages like Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati, Bangoli, Assamese,, Manupuri, Kashmiri, Urdu, Talgu, Tamil and Sanskrit etc.

Suggestions for Samsung Talkback: *Valyria Screen reader sound theme- Please add Valyria Screen reader Sound theme because It makes text to speech voices very attractive and nice. I have attached a video where you can listen to the sound theme. https://youtu.be/GW9IqG-D6-k

from beginning to 00: 30 seconds From 10:: 10 seconds  till end  you can use the above timeline for listening to the sound theme. *Battery Charging feedback during switching off the phone- Battery Charging percentage comes on the display for the sighted when the phone is powered off but It does not give sound feedback for the Blind.  according to the fact that It is good for our Mobile's Battery if We charge our battery when the mobile is powered off. It makes the battery healthy. *Include Bixby vision- Please add Bixby Vision app features in the Samsung Talkback like Google Talkback did with Google Lookout.

* Ultra Indian language voice pack for all Indian languages: Samsung Text to speech engine should give an Ultra Indian language voice which can read almost all the Indian languages so we do not need to download separate- separate language voice pack for different- different Indian languages. 
* Own voice using in Samsung Talkback: Samsung Text to speech engine should give options to users so they can record their voice and use that as a voice in Samsung text to speech engine voice.

We should have toggle button for on/ off for doing the mini- Window for all the apps now some apps like Google meet, Uber, Repedo and Ola etc convert in Mini-Window which creates problems for the Samsung Talkback users.

Proximity sensor does not work properly while call if Talkback is on.
Samsung Talkback should work with Proximity sensor like Google Talkback does. Samsung Talkback should silent when we use Proximity sensor.

Hello Samsung Company.
The regulator updates do not come in the accessibility apps.
As far as talkback app is concerned, there is no update for 5 or 6 months.
This is Samsung company.
You must know that earlier Samsung's accessibility service was so good, it is still yes but not as much as before.
I feel that Samsung is a company, apart from Google, do something different, then it will matter. How about if you have a separate screen reader?
I hope that you will pay attention to what I have just mentioned.
I am using smart phone Samsung Galaxy M11 with android version 12.
