Our community is brimming with ideas through which we can make your Galaxy experience better! Share your suggestions directly with our teams through Innovation Lab. Your feedback will be scrutinized to produce possible improvements in customer experience.

This week, we would like to look into Accessibility. Samsung Galaxy phones come with accessibility settings to help those with limited sight or hearing difficulties. For example, you can make the phone read messages aloud or light up whenever it detects a startling noise. There are also accessibility settings and customizations available for those who struggle with interaction and dexterity.

So, the topics are:

 1. Accessibility: Feedback on experiences with accessibility features and suggestions.

All you need to do is:

    1. Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
    2. Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
    3. Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will take a note of all your suggestions! This topic will be open till 26th May.

Please beta tester should also make sure the Accessibility of the Samsung. I am requesting to beta testers as a partially Blind and user of Talkback.

Samsung company is very best but not provide a regular it TalkBack updates please provide talk back updates

There is a scrolling issue in my files with TalkBack. If there is a big list of any items, then when we navigate with TalkBack,, then the list does not scroll automatically. We have to manually scroll with two fingers up or down. This issue has been remained since very long time. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Decline call shortcut should be given via hard buttons, such as volume buttons or power button. It should be given like double press volume buttons quickly to decline incoming call.

In Samsung phones, there is a feature called read caller names allowed. But there is no use of this feature, because it reads caller name only one time. So repeat option should be given and also read specific numbers of time option should be given.

Currently facing a lot of problems with Samsung talkback, in this we are not able to read any text, with this the talkback stops suddenly, it seems that the phone has been hanged, since this is a new feature Image describe has been given, we should be given the option to turn it off so that we can use the phone well by turning it off because when it is on, it works automatically in many places where it is not needed, so that I am having a lot of problems with my phone. Don't know why Samsung is not giving update of Samsung Talkback in its phone due to its arbitrariness, due to this reason we are not getting any features of Google Talkback whereas Google Talkback updates are always available in other company's mobile phones. I also have a suggestion that all the features which are seen in Google Talkback in other companies' phones should also be given in Samsung Talkback, , please make them available as soon as possible.

I am using Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 with my Samsung Galaxy a52s 5G phone. There is an issue, and that is, whenever I connect buds with my phone, then a pop up appears with battery status of earbuds and earbuds case. But this pop up remains open for a second only and sometime it becomes very difficult to navigate with TalkBack so fast that I can check battery status of earbuds case. That's why there should be close button for the battery indicator pop up and disappearing time should be increase.

Samsung should either  extent deadline of #InnovationLab #54 feedbacks on Accessibility because so many users of Accessibility are still in processs to give feedbacks or ask aeach and everyone feedbacks of different different Samsung  Accessibility apps as i told previously.

Please add Google talkback like before
Provide accessibility team in india for blind users like usa.
Please provide all samsumg assistive apps in beta version.
Count all disable users specially blind users and make polcy accordingfor disable users .

Samsung should not change anything in the Google Android Accessibility. It should keep this API as it is and on the another side Samsung Accessibility API should also be exist. Now Samsung is changing Google Android Accessibility API that's why compability  issues are appearing.  
I am using Samsung Galaxy A33 with Samsung Talkback and the TTS, Voice Assistant, Browser and many other apps of Google but due to Samsung Talkback  and Samsung Bixby   i can not give command to Google Assistant for On and Off the Talkback.
I can not use Google Accessibility sweet and Google Talkback because Samsung does nod allow us to download these apps that's why Samsung Accessibility and Google Accessibility both should exist in the Samsung mobiles at the same time like now we have botb Google and Samsung messages apps. It is totally upto the users that which app users want to use.
