Innovation Lab #51: Smart Switch

Our community is brimming with ideas through which we can make your Galaxy experience better! Share your suggestions directly with our teams through Innovation Lab. Your feedback will be scrutinized to produce possible improvements in customer experience.

This week, we would like to look into Smart Switch. With smart switch, when switching to Galaxy, you don't have to say goodbye to your old stuff. The data and content you were using before - your photos, videos, contacts, calendar events, notes and device settings - get to stay with you on your new Galaxy. Moving to a Galaxy from another OS doesn’t have to be hard. Smart Switch can transfer data from many different devices, making the upgrade to Galaxy a seamless process for everyone. Now that’s smart.

So, the topics are:

1. Smart Switch: Feedback on usability of the application and proposals.

All you need to do is:

    1. Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
    2. Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better

Please try to provide the ability to add a metro card to the Samsung wallet so that people may easily commute in the metro in cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, etc. as the metro card supports NFC.

The dex for pc works on my s23 smoothly so i thought i would move my work on a tab and connect dex via pc. As i was doing with my s23. When I start dex from tab winows never detects it. Later i found tabs won't work with pcs. 


My question is why samsung is blocking it's customers to do whatever they needs to do with their devices. Stop putting in restrictions when uhav working dex for pc.

In galaxy f14 5g there is no built in mirror option exist where as in older version phones like A21s has this option.. for this I need a third party application just to mirror my phone in TV . I didn't expected that Samsung didn't provide phone mirror option 😑

The Korean version does not have a SIM manager. what is the reason? Can I use two SIMs, one physical SIM and one eSIM
