Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 5 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following five themes:

1. Samsung Gallery: Usability, proposals and other feedbacks
2. Multi Window: Usability, functions, proposals and others
3. Samsung Care+: Feedback, requests and competitive arguments
4. One UI 3.0: Usability & suggestions on features.
5. Smart Things: Usability & improvement suggestions.

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 5 topics will be open till 14th February. Week 6 topics will be announced later.

Got One UI 3.0 update two days back for my note 10 lite. with this update, the option to select Sim1 or sim2 during initiation is lost. Same way during sending SMS. please get back this option

1. In One UI 3.0 Gallery app
when we swipe up a photo or video only partial info is there and for full info like name and location we need to click on detail
which was easier in One UI 2.5 - full info will be displayed when we swipe up
2. In the new Gallery app
we cant edit the name of photo or video . we can only edit the location info.
In One UI 2.0 we can edit the name of photo or video.
please give rename option for photo and video in the Gallery app
3. please give alt z life and secure folder feature in m31
if possible by software update
4. please make notification panel animation smooth
-while playing games or watching videos in landscape view when we swipe down for notifications panel
phone lags and the animation is not smooth
so please make animation of notification panel smoth and fast
5. please improve ram management
my m31 has 6 gb ram
out of which 2 -2.5 gb is used system
then One UI home uses 150 to 500 mb
at last after closing all background apps and customisation service
only 2 to 2.5 gb is left
so please improve ram management by system
6. please give built-in screen recorder
7. please give built-in app lock feature
8. please give new camera features like director's view in m31
