Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 3 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Note 20: Pre/Post Launch feedback

2. Watch 3: Pre/Post Launch feedback

3. Buds Live: Pre/Post Launch feedback

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the above mentioned devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 3 topics will be open till 2nd September. Week 4 topics will be announced later.

Note 20 is something like highest pay but low in usage. I suggest 1+ or ROG or iPhone.

Dear Avinav,
Firstly, Request you to pls remove some of the old pinned posts from the Note community.. there are too many pinned posts to be just ignored.
Secondly, I now understand and agree with the point put forward by you. but I dont understand why isn't Samsung not taking action on the key issues?? like Launching Snapdragon processor flagship devices instead of Exynos processor devices... Somebody said Snapdragon has data security issues, then why US is allowing its sale there?? For years this complaint reg crappy Exynos has being raised. but Samsung India isnt taking it seriously and still accepting those Crappy Exynos processor devices for sale in India.
Also to remind you the green tint issue prevailing in note 9... whats the company stand on this issue??

I have few suggestions to make.
1. The SIM Card tray is made of plastic in Note 20 & Note 20 Ultra. This is not good on part of Samsung, since these are flagship products and very expensive phones. SIM tray should be a mettle tray.

2. Minimum screen refresh rate should have been 90 Hz.

3. The S-Pen position should have been towards the right side of the phone, as in Note 10 Plus.

4. Samsung should have given Snapdragon 865+ processor. Same as US version.

5. More phone storage options should have been given here in India too, just as in US
