Mr Geek are you that person... something called BR?? Brand ambassador??? since past 1 year??
didnt you convey ppls frustration regarding Exynos processor to Your boss??
Better you step down from BR and see the scenario from customer point of view

@kaslokesh I understand your feelings there bro and I respect them.

But bro whenever it comes to exynos I never appreciated it fully or halfly, I always said exynos has various downsides till today.

But I have some positive vibes for its future, thats it only.😊

And don't think like this bro that we BAs are somewhat different from you all, whenever its come to tell Samsung about its downsides, we present our as well as yours point too to them( believe me we all are on the same page in that area)🙂.

We BAs are not some samsung employee and its not that we are paid, we are customers only🙂, in the same way as you all are.

I own J7 pro from 4 years for now, and never owned any flagship till date. But I am satisfied with my device😃.

Bro we can't only see a negative side of something and totally ignore its positive side, If there is a little bit of positive also in something, then we have to consider it also.

That was good one.. Sry for being too harsh. bt after purchasing a Flagship device one expects it to be best performer, and long lasting device.
Nowadays tucche companies like Mi, One+ are launching low end mobiles with better features and performance compared to S10 & Note 10 series. Note 9 is out of race long back.
and since last March update you might have herd too kuch about Green, Yellow etc colour tint wala issue. Samsung knows that Note 9 customers (and now Note 10 series customers also!!!) are facing this issue. but till date they have not even acknowledged this issue.. Luckily I'm not one of those sufferers, but now we who are not suffering are in fear, maybe the next update may ruin my mobile...
See Note 9 and Note10 lite and S10 Lite shares same Exynos processor... still They will get Android 10 woth One ui 3.0 and Note 9 will not get it. Even One UI 2.1 was not offered to Note 9, but its due to some Samsung members initiative that Samsung was forced to consider Note 9 for One UI 2.1. Even Note 8 and S8 users cried so much but their cries went unherd...This shows how much money minded Samsung is.

Now we are hearing that Samsung is considering Note 9 for One UI 2.5. I appreciate Samsung for this but at same time I put my SUGGESTION to give Note 9 Android 11 with One UI 3.0 upgrade BECAUSE IT DESERVES IT...
thats my point of view.

@MrGEEK I'm using M31 and it's 4G, not 5G. Also you said cheap.. i pay 17000, but I have no ScreenRecorder, Hotspot Allow device feature and more... and Another hand my sister paid 15000 for Mi Note .. she get all features + IR remote 😑.

@b1ttu I mentioned M series there for 15000rs point of view( *non 5G).

Yeah I know M series are not 5G devices coz my mother own M20.

I can't say anything about the features because I have no idea about why they not included them.
But we and all community members have also given feedback to them about including these services in M series. And because of which they provided the survey also few weeks back to hear what customers want in M series.

Once 5G come to India then they will launch devices with 5G enabled in them, I think.🤔

Either use snapdragon or do a major improvement in Exynos processor! Give respectful focus to M series and Budget A series. Give powerful and pro performance, features, optimisation in camera and performance in budget A series and M series otherwise other NON CHINESE BRANDS WILL BAN YOU TO DRAIN!!

These are some awesome points😃.

Great to hear!!

Can you make a detailed post on what features and optimisation you want or have idea of?
