Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 3 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Note 20: Pre/Post Launch feedback

2. Watch 3: Pre/Post Launch feedback

3. Buds Live: Pre/Post Launch feedback

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the above mentioned devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 3 topics will be open till 2nd September. Week 4 topics will be announced later.

I have bought sumsung M31 phone before 3 months but phones coroure drains start back side of phone can I return or claim for it please help us

Dear Admin,

Note 20 is awesome. No Words. But i have heard that samsung is going to stop note series phone and will merge with S Series phone.
My suggestion is please dont do like this. as Note Series mobile phone is a premium Business class phone purely.

And S series Mobile phone is premium luxury high hand phone. To compete equal to Iphone. by merging these to series is not a good idea.
Note series is like a pro grade business class, plesse continue and keep active both series separately.

2. Watch 3, i have never used smartwatch, but would like to buy one. very much intrested in Samsung galaxy watch active 2 4G version. but my issue with this model was bluetooth version 4.2 (if this was with bluetooth 5.0 version, then this is the best watch made till now.)
and about watch 3 i dont like bezel rotating.
Suggestion is make some model in rectangle also instead of only round models. like apple watch.. all people will not like round.. some may like rectangle shape.

3.Buds, i am eagerly waiting for samsung buds, looks like apple airpod kind design. and features. (bud with stem) If samsung makes like this.. this will hit the indian market.
