Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 27 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Bixby Routine: Feedback on usability, proposals and competitiveness against other platforms
2. Smart Things Automation: Feedback on usability, proposals and competitiveness against other platforms
3. Auto Hotspot: Feedback on usability and also proposals

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 27 topics will be open till 1st August. Week 28 topics will be announced later.

Provide three years of update for m series because it is popular series and m31s,m51,etc are same as a51 which has 3 years update and it's above 20k and please provide good lock even 6 years before a5 didn't have this much restrictions

As i said earlier, been using note from its 2 model and have upgraded during preorder time. Always there is some new features for spen which kept us upgrading. Now with note20 ultra 5g happy, was expecting new innovative features in spen like mic on pen which will be handy during presentations, small led on upper tip if we misplace to track. Anyhow udc is there so will get display without hole hope we have good camera with pixels, heating issue should not be there etc

Dear Samsung,
I am really disappointed because of the least availability of features in cera as well as performance. MI phones are really cool as they provide all special features In it's high price segment phones as well as low price segment phones.
I request you samsung to provide all features to all the series mobiles of Samsung
Especially provide all the camera updates such as slow motion camera, hyperlapse, 1080 fhd 60fps recording .
