Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 27 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Bixby Routine: Feedback on usability, proposals and competitiveness against other platforms
2. Smart Things Automation: Feedback on usability, proposals and competitiveness against other platforms
3. Auto Hotspot: Feedback on usability and also proposals

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 27 topics will be open till 1st August. Week 28 topics will be announced later.

Screen lock through pin - why we need to click on the OK? Ils like old school as in android gingerbread, nowadays no phone uses that enter your your pin that's it no need to click on OK... These small feature/UI enhanses UX your designers and product developers should realize that.

Hello Samsung this message is about a few features for the next generation Galaxy Watches.


1) A slightly bigger (and brighter) display.

2) Make it so we can use it without pairing with a divice like a band watch.

3) Faster pairing and Bluetooth.

4) A small flash light.

Auto Hotspot doesn't work in both of my M32 & A50. How to use this feature? It can be found in Settings > Connections > Mobile Hotspot & Tethering > Mobile Hostpot > Auto Hotspot. Any features that'll help using both of my M32 & A50 easier for day-to-day usage? Thanks!
