Hello Members!


Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

 

In week 24 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

 

1. Samsung Calendar: Proposals and requests on features and usability of the app and the widgets
2. Reminder: Proposals and requests on features and usability of the app and the widgets
3. Clock: Proposals and requests on features and usability of the app and the widgets

 

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.


All you need to do is :

  • Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
  • Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
  • Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 24 topics will be open till 4th July. Week 25 topics will be announced later.

Ask your CEO to respond to my complaint first.

Right from February you are continuously harrassing me by offering sub-standard s21.

Phone shows notification of overheating and not allowing me to use advanced features of camera, still why are you not refunding?

Samsung international customers got refund on identification of same issue for sane phone, why not Indian consumers?

Why so partiality for Indian customers.

So many times followed the option to write and communicate with CEO, even wanted to escalate issue to CEO that CEO desk not allowing in any manner to report it to CEO, but how can I do that when CEO ownself doesnot showcase any kind of moral responsibility? Or CEO ownself is kept in Dark, nothing to escalate or CEO desk would loose job, is that the practice CEO desk following?

Couple of staff from CEO desk also understood the difficulty faced by sub-standard phone, but they as a whole even did not offered a single solutions. Samsung members solutions I tried but in vein, as it seems phone itself is sub-standard, or else atleast 1 workable solution should have been communicated to me in this 100 + days of harrasment.

If you still can't resolve Mr. CEO pleSe refund my amount, so that I can opt for other brands who do not have operational limitation as faced for s21.

Your right.
It's not just you, there are several others like myself whose lost money buying this **bleep** phone.
It over heats, pathetic camera front and back.
They want us to go to service center but don't they understand that we got the so called flagship to not have any issues as such.
Will never buy a Samsung again.
Will advice ppl not to make this mistake.

And if any one from Samsung reading this, please note, this phone is in pristine condition like its out of the box, please take it back and give me a new one or refund the hard earned money.

Even service center is unable to resolve it but still they just to delay and probably not to refund inform about going back to service center

On my car almost a month long your to service center with no resolution

What more can we do for this care less company policies

CEO was openly challenged thru mail, yet no response any how form CEO

Let me challenge CEO here again if can dare to meet and explain why can't I use camera functionalities smoothly for 3o minutes or so

Notification flashed on screen itself clears that the piece is heating, but still no one from Samsung can accept the same which is flashed on screen!

Atleast respect your own creation even if you do not respect customer, dealer etc.
