[Innovation Lab #21] - Share your ideas with us in #InnovationLab!

Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 21 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following two themes:

1. Smart Switch: Ease of use, connection stability, loss of data/settings during migration
2. Mobile Security: VOC around security issues, concerns or reports of breach, and proposals

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 21 topics will be open till 13th June. Week 22 topics will be announced later.

Kindly unlock all the cameras modules for usage in s21 ultra for third party app development.

In Samsung notes search option it is more useful when whole text is searched and not part of it.. so that we can locate the exact note we made with text in it
And file manager should have sort option as before where files can be sorted according to size or name etc

Galaxy A20s is lacking gestures features and show network speed feature....Samsung should provide these...it's available in almost every phone of this price

I think samsung M42 5G is having some sound issue.Its microphone is not able to catch the kids voice.other person is not able to hear the voice when kids speak.This is the peculiar problem which samsung needs to address.called the customer care also but they are not ready to accept.No solution is being provided

Samsung RCS server has a problem with registering. I believe registration fails due to the service being not deregistered earlier, and unable to do that manually
