[Innovation Lab #21] - Share your ideas with us in #InnovationLab!

Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 21 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following two themes:

1. Smart Switch: Ease of use, connection stability, loss of data/settings during migration
2. Mobile Security: VOC around security issues, concerns or reports of breach, and proposals

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 21 topics will be open till 13th June. Week 22 topics will be announced later.

Samsung is always a best option to look at while choosing a smart phone.But I personally samsung is just annoying us as a brand where a box content of each phone should atleast get modest.Like a phone a52 supports 25watt fast charge but box content is 15watt..Similarly compromising a TPU case don't know how big savings for a brand where they are saving Rs.100 against a reduction of these basic cheap accessories.More over samsung should also consider not to push promoted app with any update like moj,snapchat etc.which a customer can have it from play store.Moreover feel that cleaner OS without preloaded app is the best experience of one UI.Just consider for betterment of user experience.

Please do some work on Camera quality in Mid range segment phones...Camera specifications are enough to fascinate customers but in reality Camera quality is average not meeting expectations as per specifications mentioned in advertisement..No other Cons.
