Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 19 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Screen Sharing: Proposals on usability of wired and wireless screen sharing through Smart View, DeX or 3rd Party solutions
2. Game Launcher: Proposals regarding gaming environment of Galaxy Devices and the usability of Game Launcher application
3. Galaxy A52/ A72

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 19 topics will be open till 23rd May. Week 20 topics will be announced later.

Message to Samsung-

This is a thing I would like to share with you (Samsung). I have really good ideas and recommendations for The Samsung's next Note!

 1. Please add a Headphone Jack. 

2. Increase RAM to 20+ GB and storage to 1TB (if possible)

3. In the box include a charger, earphones, charging cable, a silicon phone case and a screen protector.

4. Don't make the Phone different according to the regions. Make it same for all countries. 

5. Add a tiny display on the back of the phone so we can take the best selfies. 

6. The colors of the Phone customizable. 

7. Add an SD Card slot dual SIM slots. 

8. Readd the 'Lock and Mask Apps' feature. 

9. Install the best chipset.

10. If possible install the 200 MP camera.

11. If possible make the camera bump thinner.

12. Install a 144 HDz display and the most durable glass.

13. Make an app so we (the Samsung customers) can directly contact Samsung.


I trust you Samsung because my family's first smartphone to the latest smartphone we always bought Samsung.

And these specs and features might make the next Note the best Phone in the world!

Please, tell me any third party app for Screen Sharing, because most of the time Smart View taking too many times to detect the another Screen device and by luck if connected than it will disconnect Continues, So it's better to Suggest any other app because whenever i asked you about update for the device, your's reply is always "Not Availablity for this device".
When i purchased this one above 30k , I have gotten the 100GB of free cloud storage from Microsoft (One Drive), not after using 38GB of it my account is freezed by Microsoft and saying for the upgradation your plan to use of 100GB. Now you immediately, give back my Cloud Storage of 100GB or upgraded by Microsoft it by Samsung's because i paid to you not to the Microsoft Company. Otherwise i will complain about it to the Consumer's forum about this matter.
My lot's of internet data is used for the uploading and most importantly my time.
Please give me your's written consent on this , after that i will think what will be the best option for me for this cheating.
Don't do such cheap thing's having a big brand's name of SAMSUNG (INDIA).
That's why i don't purchased your's flagship phone and also wishing that your's Customer's will leave you like me than you will know the power of a customer's, we are paying so you are top in market, always keep the One name in your's mind that is NOKIA , now where are they stands in the market this time because of theirs Customers only.
I wished that this does not happen to you in future due to your's mistakes.
