Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 18 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Galaxy Watch: General feedback on applications with focus on Samsung Health and competitiveness
2. Samsung Gallery: VOC on UX/UI and usability, also in link with Editor and Camera
3. Samsung Members: General feedback and requests on members services on either web or android application

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 18 topics will be open till 16th May. Week 19 topics will be announced later.

But Samsung don't care about customers because customers are facing missing Important features as compare to other brand like redmi , realm,etc so Please care about it and Please include Some important features.

1.internet speed meter

2.Screen recording 

3.4k video shoot on 60fps

It's good that we have a monthly billing of data pack but we don't buy in this way
So I suggest here that it will be more easy If you provide day to day billing pack so that we can easily track our data limit

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I'm using Samsung Galaxy M51. I'm unable to edit videos in my default Samsung gallery app provided by samsung. Earlier I could add sound to videos, edit them. Now I could only edit slomo videos and not other videos. Please provide us an update that helps us edit any videos using the Samsung gallery app. #innovationLab #SamsungGallery
