Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

 

In week 17 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

 

1. Galaxy A32 (5G,LTE) / Galaxy A02: Post launch feedback
2. New Galaxy A Series (A02/A12/A32/A42/A52/A72): Launch feedback & competitive VOCs
3. Android Auto: Feedback on ease of installation, usability, application availability and competitiveness

 

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.


All you need to do is :

  • Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
  • Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
  • Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 17 topics will be open till 9th May. Week 18 topics will be announced later.

Develop an officaial samsung app that serves as applock and would also support the finger biometric.

First let them make cameera functionality to perform smoothly. It's very basic in flagship product. When they can't identify the reason for repeated issue, better excuse them from any other advancements. Instead of overburdening the smart staff of smart Samsung, let them some breathing space to cover spoilspot they leftover in previous offering.

Humble request, hope you understand the concerns.

@hari0207 it wasn't for you, it was for samsunganu. Your and my opinions are aligned well with dame pathetic experience. Service center personal went upto commenting for dealer, those who work hard for so that you could be paid off even in touch time. They forgot that they are to resolve the issue first, instead of commenting on dealer **bleep** it! If they can't even identify the problem which is repeatedly flashed on screen itself, what more quality standards we could even expect from them? Good to pass on the buck, but no real solutions offered.

Samsung service center experience could surely be rated -5, even if you keep rating on 1-5scale. That's what you've offered. You even took the reports back, seriously! We can not even have the right to retain the reports. Even I escalated to CEO but got transferred to CEO desk instead, who is still working on it, hopefully! Purchased in Feb, reported issue on day 1, that's not even 24 hours of good service. Still noone could offer any solutions. Why don't you pay back whatever you've taken? Why so arrogance in your behaviour?
