Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 16 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Samsung Health: New requirements, requests for improvements and fixes.
2. Smart Switch
3. Galaxy Wearable App: Feedback on connectivity, usability and requests for additional features

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 16 topics will be open till 2nd May. Week 17 topics will be announced later.

And very disappointing thing about samsung that i felt is the system updates. Because after every update new apps like BYJU'S, SHARECHAT, MPL, MOJ, JOSH etc... Are installed automatically without giving any notification to us. I had complained this to customer care also, by there end it suggested to just turned off the reccomendation. This is really very serious issue #SAMSUNGINDIA .

Samsung Health is very good App. I will be Happy if you include BP monitoring and Most importantly Requesting for Blood sugar Monitoring (non Invasive). You may give this new facility in your Watch. Huge Benefit and service to Society.

Hey samsung.

U know very well that samsung galaxy note 9 has a wide range of buyers.we are satisfied with this phone.but as u know that note 9 has the same processor as that of s10 lite.so my question is when s10 lite can get the android 11 update,then why cant note 9?

Please add note 9 too in ur android 11 list.

We,a huge customers are waiting for your positive response.

Please dont dissappoint huge lovers of note 9.
