Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 15 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following two themes:

1. Local Language: Feedback on inadequate translations, awkward expressions on system or application prompts
2. 3rd Party SNS: Usability and feedback on app's native features on Galaxy

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 15 topics will be open till 25th April. Week 16 topics will be announced later.

Our ideas are wasted for your's, because of i several times requested to you that, kindly send me the latest MIUI version or Android 11 UPDATE'S, but no one's from SAMSUNG'S is not taking this issue in a positive way, by this way you are just loosing of your's valuable customers.
When you have not any Customer's for buying the phone's, than you will able to think about these #InnovationLab IDEA'S but that time you will be very late, for example You have remembered the Condition of Nokia Company's.
I wished that your's condition will be more bad in the market , if you continued this behaviour and ignoring the Customer's than the day is so far for your's ending.
You are busy in the launching of daily new products, so have not enough time to your's older Customer's.
Tell me only one thing , I'm not the single Customer of your's Samsung's A9 (2018) Product, all are waiting for the above mentioned updates OR you tell us what's we all are do this model. You have answerable to your's valuable Customer's, this product is sell with the slogan that's was "World's First Quad Camera" launched by us. We all have paid 30k plus rupees for this phone and we are not not able to get the latest updates, it's a shame for you and a customer who is paying 10 k to 15 k they are getting the latest updates OR preloaded with the latest updates. Please kindly think about the above things and then replied to your Customer's. I will also complaint of your's in Consumer Court for all of this another take it back .

My phone has a display problem 5 small black dots right side of edge just 3 months old above one lakh rupee phone I buyed for camera and display this both features disappointed me I have a issues with 5 black dots and camera not solved sumsung is ignoring my problem it's annoying me I have huge mistake buying not 20 Ultra I want my issues should solve

Does usa sprint locked note20ultra, using in nepal by unlocking carrier will get support from company ota software update or not?after unlocking phone will it get software update and security patch or not ? My mobile model is SM986U,and has it get april security patch update or not ? Please answer my question  i m being  too much confuse
