Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 14 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Photo/Video Editor: New requirements & improvement requests on features or UX / UI
2. Samsung DEX: New requirements on features or UX / UI (from Smartphone/Tablet through Wireless/Cable connections to PC, Monitor & TV)
3. Samsung Calendar: New requirements on features or UX / UI

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 14 topics will be open till 18th April. Week 15 topics will be announced later.

Contact numers missed while we have to search to call.This is my major problem..!Please explain me how to solve it....?

We can access QUICK PANEL even though our device is LOCKED.
But most of the options require pin/biometric to but SOME OF THEM DON'T ASK FOR IT TO TURN ON/OFF.

my concern is IF MY DEVICE IS LOST/STOLEN, someone(THEIF) can access QUICK PANEL and TURN ON the TORCH makes the battery completely drain, OR they TURN ON the FLIGHT MODE to disconnect internet connectivity. both the options has NO SECURITY.

*PLEASE DO ADD PIN/BIOMETRIC TO THOSE TWO/ALL AVAILABLE OPTIONS IN QUICK PANEL or MAY BE PROVIDE A OPTION IN SETTINGS TO RESTRICT THE USER TO ACCESS QUICK PANEL WHILE MOBILE IS LOCKED.*
