Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 12 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following five themes:

1. Samsung Cloud: New requirements & improvement requests on features
2. Phone, Messages & Contacts: New requirements & improvement requests on features
3. Galaxy Fit2: Post launch market feedbacks & Samsung Health linked fitness tracking issues
4. Camera: Market feedback & improvement requests on features
5. Good Lock: New requirements & improvement requests on features

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 12 topics will be open till 4th April. Week 13 topics will be announced later.

I own Samsung Galaxy M12,
Camera:
acc to on-paper specs. It contains a true 48 mp camera so there should be more camera features like a better digital zoom and in macro photo its picture optimising is also not that much better. So it must be improved. And yes the focusing type (spot/matrix) is there for pro mode but should also be there for normal photo. Hope for a better upcoming update for M12
And i think that there should be one more option, ahutter speed, in Pro mode for all samsung phones.
In video section, i would like to say it is going good but there should be option of slow mo., super slow mo. capturing and a frame rate of 60fps also should be included

Please update all this features in upcoming updates in M31 in April 21th update.
1. Settings-Digital Wellbeing and parental controls,Device Care
2. Multi Windows
3. Screenshot
4.Tablets
5.Clipboard option needed.
6.Inbuilt App lock feature. lock and mask feature & also in S-Secure
7.Please improve Network errors.
8.All system apps should be updated regularly and provided with the latest features. Because Samsung runs older versions in M31, the same apps from other Samsung phones are up-to-date.
9.Addition of Real-Time Network Speed.
10.Both dual messenger apps lock not one lock.
11.Need Optimization in Wi-Fi reception signals!
12.Need Optimisation in camera app & settings !
13.Need battery optimisation
14.Kindly provide full ONE UI In above all M Series phones.
15.Enable Carrier aggregation in M31
16.Need Optimization in fingerprint unlock sensitivity.
17.Update should be more frequent. Regular update should be there with latest system security patch.

1. Firstly improve double tap to wakeup, it's still working in a pocket.
2. Improve your vibration performance,in formal pent pocket don't recognize phone is ringing (specially where it outside noisy area)
3. Improve your battery performance in A series, was find better battery performance in M series as compared to A series.
4. Samsung pay gesture on lock screen work automatically and start the phone, have to improve unnecessary touch sensor.
5. Samsung members and bixby application can't work normally at even good internet speeds.

2. Make themes for free in theme store.

4. Increase watch faces in Always on display
5. Improve Finger print unlock
6. Add a feature to show internet downloading and uploading speed on status bar.
7. While playing game, the temperature of mobile goes to 43° C on samsung galaxy S10 lite. Please fix

#S20FE5G when will you update the security patch of the phone to April and also update UI to 3.1 as the same has already been done in the US. I bought the phone on 1st April it's awesome but would request you to keep it updated.
