Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 11 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Smart Tag: Usability, improvement requests and proposals
2. M62 / F62: Pre & Post launch feedback
3. S Pen: Usability comparison with Apple pencil, Inbox & APS S Pen proposals

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 11 topics will be open till 28th March. Week 12 topics will be announced later.

Hey Samsung, thank you for the wonderful job that you are doing. Now for suggestion, my device is tab s6 lite which is a great device at this price point also the new android 11 has brought us the Samsung dex, thank you for that but in order to get the full feeling of this tab can be used as a replacement for a laptop to do simple works there is something that lacks in it, which is viewing it in a bigger display, as this is a 2.0 usb I can't use a usb c to hdmi cable to connect to a bigger monitor but Samsung can provide wireless dex which does the give that laptop experience.

Secondly about the s pen, s pen is really great but one thing is that it is a soft tip where as the apple pencil is hard tip which can be used on a matte screen guard with less wear of the nib. Matte screen is something that people who are artists or a note taker prefers as it feels more like writing or drawing on a paper. So designing a s pen with hard tip for the future devices will be great in my opinion but I really love the software support that Samsung has done for the s pen.
