Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 11 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Smart Tag: Usability, improvement requests and proposals
2. M62 / F62: Pre & Post launch feedback
3. S Pen: Usability comparison with Apple pencil, Inbox & APS S Pen proposals

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 11 topics will be open till 28th March. Week 12 topics will be announced later.

Hi Team,

First of all I would like to wish you guys that you guys are doing great job by innovating new things to the community.
As I am a great fan of Samsung and I uses all the Samsung products, in all segments you guys are doing great except in Mobile department.

what you guys needs to focus and work on:

1. Work on phone software as phone used to get heating issue.

2. There must be proper difference should be there between flagship phones and Samsung normal phones, it disappointes premium flagship owners why because you guys make the same looks in lower segments phones.

3. Still premium phones are having hang issues.

4. You need to change the phones application viewing mode like oneplus, instead of sliding the tabs to left to right you guys can introduce up to down.

5. Battery drains very faster as I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus.

6. You guys can introduce some fast chargers like one plus 65w.
