Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 11 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Smart Tag: Usability, improvement requests and proposals
2. M62 / F62: Pre & Post launch feedback
3. S Pen: Usability comparison with Apple pencil, Inbox & APS S Pen proposals

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 11 topics will be open till 28th March. Week 12 topics will be announced later.

F62 is a good device , just where is falls behind is gaming due to its GPU's throttling... Otherwise its overall a good device..
Their should have been some cooling given inside the device as liquid cooling it could have helped it a bit...

Hi Team,

Thanks for the taking the wonderfull initiative!

I'm big fan of Samsung when it comes to design of premium segment phones.I own 2 Samsung S10 plus phones, Samsung S6 lite tab and Samsung galaxy LTE watch. But there are below issues which are pulling me back to Apple devices.

1. UI is great but still lacks the speed and feel we get in apple phones.
2. Battery is getting drained in Samsung S10 plus phone.
3. Heating issues in S10 plus after Android 11 upgrade.
4. Camera is lacking the features like studio mode in apple and focus is not working that great when capturing a selfie in portrait mode. I covers only one person instead of 2 people.

Im love Samsung software but above things should ke kept in mind and worked on.
