Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 11 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Smart Tag: Usability, improvement requests and proposals
2. M62 / F62: Pre & Post launch feedback
3. S Pen: Usability comparison with Apple pencil, Inbox & APS S Pen proposals

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 11 topics will be open till 28th March. Week 12 topics will be announced later.

the mid range phones also should have the Bixby assistance like iPhone does .so that Google assistant dependence can be avoided

Bring back iris scanner on flagship

1. Not all applications including Samsung's builtin apps are not enabled dark mode . We have to enable developers settings for all applications

2. Samsung pay does not supports Rupay debit cards .

3. There is no lock and mask feature in flagship models like S10 . But there is secure folder but still feel that Lock and mask feature should be there .

4. Battery is draining alot after one ui 2.5 and 3.1

5. After one ui 3.1 picture qualities have improved in S10 but heating issues have started and battery drains alot.

6.There should be a possible way to lock and unlock applications via biometrics like (face id and on optical fingerprint sensor).

7.There should be an option to disable built in applications.

8. Animation for unlocking device.

9. Always on display modes like s7edge

10. Edge lightning should be brought back via update like back in s6edge and s7edge.

11. Phone call reject via heart rate sensor in S7 edge should be introduced to new and 2019 flagship models.

12. Usb debugging for students preparing for Android development.

13. Automatically turn on power saving mode if device is idle (i.e standby or screen is off )for more than 15 mins just like adaptive refresh rate in s21 series something like this I thought to suggest .

14. More gestures in 2019 flagship mobiles and in upcoming too .

during lock condition, when I press power button the need of system pattern lock or pin etc for further operation , but you can turn on off silent or vibrate mode without any password/pin/pattern unlock.
I think it's a great mistake. Please close this feature only camera and torch can be retained.

why Samsung make a hype about Samsung f62. I buy this phone, there is lots of problem I face in 2 days.1st of all heating issue and weak connectivity. looking to Samsung it have a good brand value but how a customer trust after this. In 2021 every phone in this price range gives 5G, but at least you should give the carrier aggregation, no. Samsung say we give the flagship exynos 9825 processor, yes we know that, then why f62 have heating issues and why the antutu benchmark score is low than 3 lakh. Samsung said, we gives you the monster battery of 7000 mAh, yes we know it is a huge amount but why it perform like 4000mAh. it have a major battery drain issue. I think Samsung have a motive to make more models, after lunch they not look after them, no optimisation, no feedback, nothing. They not know how much money we spend.
