Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

This week, we are starting #InnovationLab, a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams!

In week 1 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Galaxy Store
2. Bluetooth
3. Samsung Pay

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the above mentioned apps/features.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea / suggestion
• include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 1 topics will be open till 2nd August. Week 2 topics will be announced later.

Spider's legs
My idea is about the protection of device.
You can build a smartphone with a spider's leg. The phone has different sensors.
For my idea, the smartphone need to used a sensor that senses the falling action of the device. When the mobile slips out of the hand, it will sense the sensor and the spider's legs will come out of the mobile like a pop up camera. due to legs(suspension sticks) device will not collide on tiles and street. Expensive device will not be damaged.

Sir/Madam,

I just purchased Samsung M21 smartphone just because it has very good configuration particularly Dolby Atmos AMOLED 6000mah battery all together a great combination for music lovers like me but but it disappointed me very much as it is very poor as per sound quality is concerned. all I'm requesting you is please bring an update to improve sound quality at least. Volume is also very less that means only above 50% of volume audible. So please bring an update for it.
