We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. We understand your concern and help you resolve this. Kindly perform some quick troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue:
1: If you're having trouble hearing the person on the other end of your phone call. Make sure receiver is clean and without any dust particle and poorly places screen protector.
2: Increase the call volume: Ensure that the volume on your device has been set to the highest level during a voice call. You can also try tapping on the speaker to see if this improves the call volume.
Step 1: During a voice call, press the volume button of your device, to open volume settings.
Step 2: Tap and drag the call volume bar to the left or right to increase the call volume.
3: Check mute all sound option: Settings >> Tap on Accessibility >> Tap on Hearing enhancements >> Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled).
4: Try using the phone in Safe mode: Long press the power key and then long-press the power off icon. You will see a Safe mode icon. Tap on that icon to enter the device in Safe mode.
Note:- To exit from safe mode, just restart your device.
5: Update device software: Setting >> Software update >> Check for Software update >> Download If available.
6: If the issue still not resolve then reset the phone, follow the below steps:
