We should have an optional seperate lock with pin/password/finger print or other  for any App installation. 

This has many usage specially with people who share their phones with kids. This will prevent them from installing any unwanted App.

Google play store has an option of requiring authentication for paid apps. It's not there for free ones though. Its upto google to implement this feature as samsung doesn't control google play store

That's why Handset should have the control specially when we have expanding source of App stores now.
