I have installed android 10 in my m30s but it was hanged with Samsung logo why?

Try to boot into Recovery mode by pressing Volume Up+ Power Button And try to reboot from there.If not rebooting then try to do a factory reset from Recovery mode. Or by performing emergency firmware recovery from Smartswitch.

If nothing works then only way is service center.

I have witnessed the same, 4 hour ago.
My m30s automatically went to the logo screen and remained hang for like 15 minutes.
I tried holding the power button for many seconds in order to reboot it but nothing seemed to happen.
After almost 15 min, the device automatically booted again.
and this time it doesn't hang on logo screen.

The same has happened two more times.

Kindly help i fear i might lost my data because i am not in a situation to take a backup right now.
