I have clicked storage booster. I want to dekete zipped app

I have clicked storage booster and then I found a zipped app icon on my mobile screen. Please tell me the process step by step to delete this app.

It is not going to delete like other app

zipped files can be deleted then it must not be the zipped file so u can do one thing u note down the file name and search it again using finder and then try to delete the same one
