Few days back I ported VI sim to airtel and my experience with Airtel is very disappointing. There are issues with internet. I am in pune and I cant even send message on WhatsApp while I am at my office workplace. And in my home also Internet service gets down for no reason. Vi was way better. I never faced internet availability issue with them at any location. Its all myth that Airtel is having great network. My personal experience revealed the truth. Also it has been more than 10 days now they haven't addressed my issue. In VI I got response within 2 days.
Here is one incident, Once I was with my friends at kalga (an mountain near kasol) there Jio and Airtel both network was not avaliable but Vi was working.
The sad part is I cant port back to VI for 90 days as per TRAI rule.
