How we can Reduce E-waste and save our environment and earth?

I am sure the biggest and innovative mobile phone manufacturer Samsung will agree to my post.

Today entire world is facing E-waste increasing day by day. It's my small attempt to reduce E-waste from our environment by giving my small idea.

Create Modular Mobile which have unique features is as under:

1. Customer can upgrade SOC of Modular Mobile when needed.

2. Customer Can upgrade Camera of Modular Mobile when they want.

3. Customer can Upgrade or Replace Screen of Modular Mobile when ever they want.

4. Customer Can upgrade the software manually when software upgrade given by Google for longer time.

5. Customer can uninstall any bloatware from their modular mobile.

6. Customer can upgrade battery technology of their modular mobile.

All this upgrade of new hardware and software support will provide by Samsung with upgrade with small charges. Instead of pushing customer to buy a new mobile. There for Samsung can contribute in saving environment and earth by giving innovative mobile phone.

Modular Mobile which will satisfy all the customer's needs and they can upgrade the parts and software time to time.

Considering of all this benefit of modular Mobile phones we can reduce E-waste and save our environment and earth.

It was a prototype. It was called project ara. Just google search it , you'll find it.

Yes, it was prototype. As think Google cancelled that project without introducing any phone for customer. So it is very different to say weather fully modular Mobile Phone will get success or not because nobody has introduced.

Modular phones sound good on paper but are difficult to execute. You should read articles on why project ara failed, you'll get a clear picture.

The least we as consumers can do is keep our phone a little longer and don't change frequently.
