How to show hide screen content when app is backgrounded?

Earlier, one of the features on my galaxy device was 'app content in the background could be hidden'. But after the One UI 3.1 update, I see those feature is missing. 
Can anyone tell me if these features are really missing, or if I can access this feature in any other way.

Yes, it was available in One UI 2.5, and I’m extremely sure since I’ve used this feature.

& you are right the above screenshot is not a screenshot of samsung phone, I just used it for convenience, to show the content hide or blur of this kind of backgrounded app.

Yeah, you understand my point, I mean the same, if you currently lock an app with the help of this S secure, now the content of the app in the background tabs is hidden(as you provided your screenshot), before the one ui 3.1 update (In 2.5) content of any backgrounded app could be hidden or blur.
That's I mean to say..

But I've never seen this option in my A51 when it was running on One Ui 2.5

Even my J7 Prime running on Android 8.1 has this option but my A51 doesn't. 😅😅😅

i dont think this is a screenshot if samsung phone.....from when close apps X button came kn samsung phone
