How to get 5G only mode

 I'm Pradhumn

If you're a Jio True5G user and facing problem in auto 4G/5G switching, if you are always on 5G area then you can set your network to 5G only mode.

 If you're not getting 5G only mode in your smartphone then don't worry. Every Samsung phone doesn't have this mode. You have to set it from third party method.

 Just go to Play Store and install NetMonester app.

Then open it.

Click on 3 line given bottom right side and then select Phone info.

Select SIM slot in which Jio SIM is inserted.

Then click on it and select NR Only mode.

I hope now you got this. By this method you can use VoNR indirectly. 

Note:- Use this only if you're on 5G area because when you change your location or go to 4G area then you don't get any network and unable to make or receive call/messages/ internet.

5G only setting works for me, but unable to use calling facility, no incoming or outgoing, even I turned on the 5G calling option, need to turn it back to 4G to receive the calls, any solution for 5G only and call option

Calling facility works when your area have good network strength or VoNR service.

I used 5g nr only but found few issues. Now i am back on auto mode.
1. I used google dialer= *#*#4636#*#*- then selected phone information- nr only. Ping test = pass. Closed the app and used my phone on nr only.
2. Problems which I faced while using Nr only. When talking on phone their are times when the other can't hear your voice as it dissappear for sometime. But u can hear his or her voice.
3. When the signal can't catch 5g in certain areas u can see emergency written on your sim card the again go yo setting and change it to auto mode. Very irritating procedure.

So I got frustrated and now using it normally I auto mode.
