As we all know any problem won't come by telling us but will come unexpected. Thus for your own safety Android devices have emergency information which is very useful in many cases like if some person x has an accident then the people who are there can't access his phone to inform his family, friends etc nor can get emergency inform and necessary medical details so to solve this problem and make it easy to access medical and emergency info at such emergency times Android implemented this feature.

To do so on a Samsung device:
1) Open settings
2) Scroll down and find Safety and Emergency
3) click on it
Now add both Medical Info and Emergency contacts
Add appropriate Medical details because this helps the people trying to help know your medicine situation like say high blood pressure or something , any allergic issue, blood type if blood is required and address to reach your home .
Also add emergency contact so that they are able to call and help by calling your family, friends etc.
Note: Make sure to turn on show on lock screen so it's easy for them to access without unlocking.
Now to access the info from someone's phone do the following
On lock screen long press power key/slide key
On some case long press power/slide key+ volume down key to get the power menu
Click emergency call(SOS)
And you will find this
