My Galaxy S20 shows a full charge will last about 11 hours, is this normal?

Galaxy A50, having similar battery capacity, shows a full charge will last about 23 hours.

Do I need to visit Samsung Care?

Also, share your battery details, for me to compare.

PS: Will opting for eSim will have any effect on battery?

When I feel I will be home late, that day I charge to 100. I do also charge to 100 twice or thrice a month.
