Why there is a white line on the bottom of the home screen while Button Navigations are enabled?

Note : Line below the Home button. And It is not quick access to Samsung Wallet as I disabled it.

Can someone tell What It is and How to disable It or make it transparent?

That's the gesture handle. You can even edit this via NavStar and you can adjust the width, transparency as well as color
