Is this cause by computer cmos bettery?

No its not because there is no cmos battery in mobile phones. The battery works to keep the time and date correct, and even if it was altered because of battery (which is very much unlikely to happen), it wouldn't show 1970, it would show the date on which the device was manufactured.

question is mobile manufacturer 1970 or computer 1970?
