Hell of lag in Notification Panel in S23

Even after December update its not fixed.

Stop adding features and make it stable and smooth.

Other animations works fine. But look at the notification panel 😤

Apparently telegram notifications was causing this lag. I muted the channel.
It got fixed now. Still there is some amount of hiccup

For real, oneui 6 is not smooth at all, not just notification Panel, The app opening and closing are pretty buggy, And the Recent apps menu is just the worst

I think i just got lucky with all this. I'm not facing any issues like this till now
