Ok then actually the creator of the post deleted the post so it will not show a solution count but yes you have 1 solution. It's just not showing because the original post got deleted don't worry! Bro.
No not device issue but Samsung servers have a setting that if original post by creator/ user gets deleted by user then the solutions accepted and likes from that post are not counted nor shown on profile page.
