Gaming with exynos 9611...apex legend

What a big news apex legend is launched in the mobile platform....and it's minimum requirement is snapdragon 625 which is not better than exynos 9611.....but the news is samsung's exynos  phones doesn't support apex legend mobile...why samsung why...plzz optimize the game for exynos 9611...and give us to play....
