GPS problem on m30s

Hi,

I need help please regarding the problem of gps in my m30s, Google maps doesn't work 

I've done gps calibration, switch to safe mode and check all the parameters related to the position but still not working

I have posted about this problem many times still it is not solved

yes, I saw your comments but the problem is still pending

I tried yesterday with Waze and maps after removing the glass protection and removing the data consumption restriction and it's works bad in maps and good in Waze.

I think the problem comes from the software

can you please help.

yes the problem is in the software when I bought this phone it was fine but after some update it broke.. now it only works if you are in a open place doesnt work inside room or any kind of vehicle

do you think that Samsung will solve this issue or not?

it's completely up tp them whether they will solve it or not I can do nothing but to hope that they will solve it

and this morning, after many trials, it was ok with Waze and not ok with maps
