The app has a strong foundation, but a broader experience-level refinement could elevate it significantly. A refreshed file management interface—especially the opening moment—would help create a calmer, more intuitive first impression. Reimagining file designs with clearer visual meaning, along with a more transparent and insightful storage distribution view, would make managing content feel effortless rather than technical. Deeper customization options would also allow users to shape the experience around their own habits and preferences.
In addition, the Quick Share experience would greatly benefit from a complete redesign instead of incremental updates. A clean, interaction-first interface combined with NFC touch-to-share pairing—where users simply bring two phones together without taps or manual pairing—could make sharing feel instant and natural. Together, these changes could transform both file management and sharing into a seamless, modern, and truly user-centric experience.

1. Samsung My Files We all create a lot of videos, photos, PDFs, and audio files in our daily routines these days, which makes it difficult to find a specific file. If a tagging system were added to the files at the time of creation, finding them would become much easier. So, my suggestion is for a smart tagging system in Samsung File Management #FileManagement

2. Quick Share

These days, sharing files with each other takes a lot of time. What if we introduced something like NFC-based quick sharing, so that files could be transferred as easily as money is transferred using NFC? # InnovationLab

For file manager can you please add a feature that recorde audio files are divided in 3 secetion, 1st: manually recorded on phone, 2nd: Recorded on Watch and 3rd: Auto recorded calls, also a separate section for favourite audios selected from all the above 3
