Yes samsung has degraded the quality of m series phones a lot and there is no carrier arrigation which is given is 10k phones and we have 18k phones still no basic features i love samsung but i am angry by this a lot.

Of feedback from unique users (respect to no. of sales of device across all platforms), to add a premium feature.
