FOR VODAFONE USERS ABOUT voLTE

Hello Vodafone Users, 

     sim providers like jio , airtel defaultly give voLTE for their 4G users . But in Vodafone most of them didn't get voLTE . IN Vodafone they say it as super voLTE , you have to request for voLTE activation . 

STEP 1 : 

      SEND A EMAIL TO VODAFONE 

IF U R USING MY VODAFONE APP , IT WILL AUTO GENERATE SOME INFOS . 

Go to My Vodafone App , Click More 

Then Help & Support 

Then Contact Us

Then Email Us On , it will take u to a email and generate some infos.

Like this . If u don't have My vodafone app . Type manually .   MVA Mobile Number <Vodafone Mobile Number>. Then type your mobile model . And say u don't get Volte . Blah blah ....

After that you get a auto generated email from Vodafone . Within 2 -6hrs u get a call from Vodafone customer care . And enquire about the problem . They say it will be activated within 2 days . 

In 12hrs to 48hrs u will get your request is processed 

Then go to settings > connections > mobile networks > turn off the volte . 

Turn on the flight mode and Turn off . 

Then turn on the volte . You will see volte in status bar .

I already send mail to the mentioned mail id...they are telling that my device m21 not support for volte..

take a snap about u r phone supports volte and mail it and request for volte activation .

try it once again . sending email to customer care , the mails are redirected to the employees of Vodafone randomly .instead of email , make a call to customer care . if they said about u r device doesn't support volte . then u go to service center .
