Exynos 990 Heating Issue

I Use S20+ Since last 5 Month And i Notice i just using normal stuf like wp, and other things phone suddenly goes heat's up.. And Yes It's Heat To Much .

also small note Samsung's flagship has alot of sensors nd features plz check if sny unnecessary thing is turned on that might be stressing processor nd clear some heavy apps in background like Facebook
