Not all Exynos 9611 phones. No issues in Samsung Galaxy A51 ( Exynos 9611 ). Exynos 9611 is good for gaming.

Yes, many are having issues and many are not having
Exynos 9611 has good performance and has improved a lot with updates
But due to some problem in ic, many devices have been damaged after major updates
