Expanding Internal memory

I want to partition SD card and to use one partition for expanding internal memory and other as external SD card for J7 Prime.

Can it be done ?

Does anyone have idea?

Does that mean that if I expand my memory with SD card all data on it will be exposed and accessible by all application ?
And encryption of SD card data option will be lost ?
