Dual what's app files not showing

I'm using A50 in that I installed dual what's app , I'm not finding downloaded fikes in my file manager please tell the solution ,where can I find that files ?

Hmm. I have seen several people posting the same issue. May be the problem with WhatsApp end.
Try this as a last resort.
Take a chat backup
Reinstall WhatsApp
Restore from backup.

Ps. You should wait for other suggestions. Do this only if you can't find another solution.

You should backup using Google drive btw

You sent the important files into your main whatsapp account and then download and save it
