Does it matter using mobile while charging?

While charging the Regulator chip Does Two functions while using the when charging

The chip can able to do only one function at a time arranging the Anode and the cathode in the battery

when it is used the battery is stressed and it may lead to lack of battery life amd battery health

And the Processor and motherboard gets heating issue
