When you turn on blue light filter that doesn't get applied on lockscreen.... whyyyyy???? ....  if there is a way to enable it do guide me and if there is not add that through next update.

no way, to enable it, and not Required at all

off on screen fingerprint and face unlock. use only pin. then blue light is also applied on lockscreen.
