This is my humble request to Samsung to provide some good features in M series also like other Samsung phone, Currently in using M51 which costs 23k when I bought, though it's a good phone but there is no privacy here, nowadays we see privacy options like Private Space, App lock, App Hider Etc. In many budget and midrange phones but there is none in Samsung M series,, I think Samsung should understand we pay 23k and there is no privacy? Ridiculous!. We need #AltZ , #KnoxSecurity, #Securefolder etc here...!

They have given NFC support in M51 but where to use? Where is #SamsungPay??

There is no Smart Assistant or any other feature like that, so at least provide us with #Bixby

My final request please provide regular system updates and security patches, coz since I bought it's on August Security Patch level....

😝🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 you supposed to think that before purchase because may you don't know that except galaxy m10s all of the m series is one ui core device so it's impossible to put secure folder in it via software update as secure folder needs built in hardwarely Knox security service support + full one ui device not core ...so forget secure folder, samsung pass and samsung pay ...and by the way in the history of samsung they never provide secure folder, samsung pay or pass via software update or extra installation by other sources..if any device supports then it's pretty installed only with factory version

thanks for your kind information but...I know OneUi Core doesn't support these features but Samsung need to think and find a solution which they can provide us these necessary security and privacy applications via OTA update
If old/existing users had raised this question before only, now we could enjoy many more features like other series

So, please stop thinking negatively and start raising your demands and requirements
As I previously used Realme phone their community was very responsive, hope Samsung will also respond us..

yes 👍 that can they do ..but unfortunately one ui core device doesn't support full power of all functions ... thatswhy they differentiate m with A series .... secure folder can't be given by software update because that module not empowered in hardware inside core devices .. but in future if samsung think to invent new m series with all of the features that will be good only ..... but other than those apps m51 is great device

Bro, may be they will listen to customer like you, but it won't come in devices which are already available in the market, may be they will opt this as a marketing strategy to sell out their future mid range devices..

Its my observation that Samsung's M series focuses more on normal user aspects, for non-techy people, who don't care about Security, Secure folder etc. They just focus on normal performance, Camera and Battery.
But, I am with you that 23k is too much for this.
That's why you have the A series where you have to pay more for similar processor on M series, but you get the security and premium feel.
